Breakfast in Minutes
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 package Simply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns
- 1 cup Fully cooked ham cubed
- 1 cup Onions chopped
- 1 package (16 oz.) Better’n Eggs®*
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Chopped green onion, if desired
Instructions
- 1. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add Simply Potatoes, ham and onions. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Stir together Better’n Eggs and milk in medium bowl; pout into skillet. Reduce heat to medium; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until Better’n Eggs are set but still moist. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onion if desired.
