Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 (32 oz.) bag Hash Browns Frozen
- 1 pound Cooked and Diced Meat Bacon, Ham or Sausage
- 1 Onion Diced
- 1 Bell pepper Diced
- 2 cups Cheese (your choice) Shredded
- 1 dozen Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the crock pot, followed by a layer of meat, then onions, peppers, and cheese.
- 2. Repeat the layering process two or three more times, ending with a layer on cheese on top.
- 3. Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together, pour over the crock pot mixture.
- 4. Cook on LOW for 10 hours.
