Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 6 ea Eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 slices white bread cubed (no crust)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Brown sausage, drain and then crumble. Beat eggs, then add milk and stir. Add sausage and remaining ingredients. Mix together well.
- Bake in a 9 x 9 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- You can also double the recipe and bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 1 1/2 hours.
