Wholesome Nutty Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (or canola)
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except raisins and cranberries.
  2. Place on a shallow baking pan in 350°F oven. Stir occasionally.
  3. When golden brown, 20-30 minutes, remove from oven and add raisins and cranberries.
  4. Let cool.
