Crock Pot Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8 each eggs beaten
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 cups French Bread day old, cubed
  • 2/3 cups raisins optional

Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.
  2. Place the cubed bread into the slow cooker.
  3. Pour he egg mixture over the bread.
  4. Cover; cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3 hours.
