Pannacotta Mix
Ingredients
- 500 ml Double Cream
- 300 ml Milk
- 200? ml Flavoring liquid
- 12 leaves Gelatine
Instructions
- Soak 12 gelatine leaves in cold water.
- Heat milk and cream in a pan on a low heat, do not boil.
- Add flavoring liquid to mix (you may need to adjust the flavoring liquid according to strength of taste, just add/minus from milk quantity.)
- Take off the heat, squeeze water out of gelatine leaves and add to mix.
- Stir well until leaves have dissolved.
- put into cups or molds, refrigerate for approx 30 mins until the pannacottas have set.
- 250ml = 3 gelatine leaves.
