Pannacotta Mix

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Double Cream
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 200? ml Flavoring liquid
  • 12 leaves Gelatine

Instructions

  1. Soak 12 gelatine leaves in cold water.
  2. Heat milk and cream in a pan on a low heat, do not boil.
  3. Add flavoring liquid to mix (you may need to adjust the flavoring liquid according to strength of taste, just add/minus from milk quantity.)
  4. Take off the heat, squeeze water out of gelatine leaves and add to mix.
  5. Stir well until leaves have dissolved.
  6. put into cups or molds, refrigerate for approx 30 mins until the pannacottas have set.
  7. 250ml = 3 gelatine leaves.
