Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Scones

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Brown sugar Packed
  • 1 Cup All purpose flour
  • 1/3 Cups Butter
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Cup Oats Quick cooking
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate chips Semisweet
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and butter. Mix until crumbly. Add oats and chocolate chips. Add egg and milk. Mix until combined.
  2. Press on flour dusted baking sheet into a 11 inch diameter circle. Cut into triangles.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees 10 minutes.
