Spinach Bread

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce Spinach Chopped
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350-degrees. Line your chosen Swiss roll tin with a piece of non-stick paper.
  2. 2. Squeeze as muc hliquid out of the defrosted spinach as you can. (Try squashing it into a fine-mesh sieve with the back of a spoon). Then mix it in a bowl with the eggs, garlic and some slat and pepper.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into the tin, smoothing it into the corners. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until firm and springy.
  4. 4. Leave to cool in the tin, then cut into pieces.
