Fried Egg Toastie

Ingredients

• 1 Egg
• 2 slices Bread
• 1 tblspoons Butter
• 1 dash Ketchup optional

Instructions

1. Fire up the sandwhich maker. Butter both slices of bread on BOTH sides. Press one slice in sandwhich maker, making a depression for the egg. Crack egg into bread and top with other slice. Close sandwich maker and cook until golden and set through.
