Lunch Smoothie - Dr. Oz Two Day Cleanse
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Rice or Coconut Milk unsweetened
- 1 oz Walnuts Chopped (sprinkled on top)
- 1/4 Cup Blackberries
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries Frozen
- 1/4 Cup Dark Cherries
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 Cup Ice
