Egg White Omlette with Veggies Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 Egg whites
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon refined oil
Instructions
- Whisk egg whites, salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl.
- Toss spinach, tomato in another bowl. Lightly coat with oil and heat over medium heat for a minute.
- Pour egg mixture into pan and cook until eggs begin to set on bottom. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Slide omelette onto a serving plate and garnish with reserved filling.
