Egg White Omlette with Veggies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon refined oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk egg whites, salt, and pepper together in a medium bowl.
  2. Toss spinach, tomato in another bowl. Lightly coat with oil and heat over medium heat for a minute.
  3. Pour egg mixture into pan and cook until eggs begin to set on bottom. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Slide omelette onto a serving plate and garnish with reserved filling.
