Egg Breakfast Casserole Cc

Ingredients

  • 2 c milk
  • 1 ts Prepared mustard
  • 1 c Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 6 sl White bread
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 lb Sausage or ham

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage or ham and drain. Beat eggs slightly and add milk, salt, mustard, and cheese. Put bread slices in the bottom of a 9X13“ casserole and cover with egg mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
