Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pound Pork sausage
  • 4 ea Bread slices cubed
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 9 large Eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well.
  2. Arrange bread cubes in bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese.
  3. Whisk together eggs and next four ingredients; pour evenly over cheese and bread cubes. Cover and chill 8 hours.
  4. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Bake at 350? for 45 minutes or until set.
