Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound Pork sausage
- 4 ea Bread slices cubed
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
- 9 large Eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Pepper, black
Instructions
- Cook sausage in skillet, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain well.
- Arrange bread cubes in bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Top with sausage and cheese.
- Whisk together eggs and next four ingredients; pour evenly over cheese and bread cubes. Cover and chill 8 hours.
- Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Bake at 350? for 45 minutes or until set.
