Breakfast Casserole #4

Ingredients

  • 2 c Shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 ds Pepper
  • 12 sl White bread
  • 2 ts Prepared mustard
  • 6 Slightly beaten eggs
  • 4 c milk
  • 2 lb Pork sausage

Instructions

  1. Fit 1 layer of trimmed bread slices on buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Brown sausage; drain fat. Stir in mustard with sausage. Spoon sausage evenly over layer of bread. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese on top; layer bread next. Sprinkle remain- der of cheese. Combine all other ingredients; spoon over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Best to prepare night before.
