- 1/2 Cup Strawberries Frozen or Fresh
- 1/2 Cup BlackBerries Frozen or Fresh
- 1 Medium Carrot
- 1 Cup Lowfat Milk
- 1 Cup Cranberry Frozen or Fresh
- 2 Cups Ice
