Healthy No Bake Granola Breakfast Pie
Ingredients
- 3 cup granola
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup almonds chopped
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mix the granola, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and peanut butter until combined.
- 2. Add the granola mixture into a 9-inch pizza pan lined with parchment paper. Press down firmly.
- 3. Chill for an hour to let it set. Or you can leave it in the fridge overnight
- 4. Remove from pan, then top with yogurt. Add your favorite fruit and toppings. Serve and enjoy!
