DOUBLE BERRY CRUMBLE
Ingredients
- 2 pounds strawberries
- 3 cups raspberries
- 3 cups rhubarb sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tbs cornstarch
- 1 stick butter melted
- 15 oz pkg sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, mix first 5 ingredients, transfer to greased 9x13“ baking dish. In bowl, combine last 3 ingredients until crumbs form, sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake 30 min. or until done, covering with foil during last 10 min. SERVE warm with ice cream & ENJOY
