Healthy Banana Berry Crepes with 2 Hard Boiled Egg Whites

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Oats
  • 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Almond milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Packet Splenda
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 2 Egg whites Boiled

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats and cinnamon into a fine powder. Then add half of a ripe banana, egg and almond milk . Blend together. Take your batter and pour into a pan on low-medium heat. Just a thin layer. After you see mini bubbles form on top, flip it. This batter will make about 3 Crepes 8“-9“ in diameter. Fill the Crepes with the strawberries and the other half of the banana, roll up.
