Healthy Banana Berry Crepes with 2 Hard Boiled Egg Whites
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Oats
- 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Almond milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 Packet Splenda
- 4 Strawberries
- 2 Egg whites Boiled
Instructions
- Blend the oats and cinnamon into a fine powder. Then add half of a ripe banana, egg and almond milk . Blend together. Take your batter and pour into a pan on low-medium heat. Just a thin layer. After you see mini bubbles form on top, flip it. This batter will make about 3 Crepes 8“-9“ in diameter. Fill the Crepes with the strawberries and the other half of the banana, roll up.
