Breakfast Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1/2 red or white onion peeled and chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 lb ground turkey
- 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil. Add onion and tomato to pan and stir fry.
- Add ground turkey and continue to stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce, mixed herbs, salt, pepper and stir fry for 5 minutes until meat is cooked through.
- Tip: tastes great with sliced avocado on top.
