White Chocolate Crunch Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups Golden Graham Cereal
- 1 cup peanuts (we used unsalted peanut halves)
- 1/2 cup dry Cranberries
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3 cups white chocolate wafers (type used in making candy)
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
- Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.
- In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients.
- In a microwave bowl mix the wafers and oil. Heat on high in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Mix after every interval.
- Once melted add the dry mixture and stir until everything is coated in the melted chocolate.
- Spread evenly on the cookie sheet. Place in the fridge until firm. Break into pieces.
