White Chocolate Crunch Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Golden Graham Cereal
  • 1 cup peanuts (we used unsalted peanut halves)
  • 1/2 cup dry Cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3 cups white chocolate wafers (type used in making candy)
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet.
  2. In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients.
  3. In a microwave bowl mix the wafers and oil. Heat on high in 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted. Mix after every interval.
  4. Once melted add the dry mixture and stir until everything is coated in the melted chocolate.
  5. Spread evenly on the cookie sheet. Place in the fridge until firm. Break into pieces.
