Egg Muffins

Ingredients

  • 10 Eggs
  • 1/4 cups Spinach
  • 2 pieces Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, crack eggs and whisk well.
  2. 2. Add dash of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3. Add spinach, bacon, cheese, and mix well.
  4. 4. Divide egg mixture among 12 muffin tins.
  5. 5. Back at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until eggs are set.
  6. 6. Refrigerate once cooled.
